1. Introduction
Welcome to Future Pays, a referral-based rewards platform that combines product ownership with earnings potential. By purchasing from or participating in Future Pays, you agree to the terms below.
2. Product Purchase & Activation
- Users are required to pay ₹999 to purchase a Future Pays T-shirt, which includes:
- A physical product shipped to your registered address.
- Access to our digital rewards platform.
- Once the purchase is completed, users will receive a unique referral code.
3. Earning System
- Direct Income: You will earn rewards for each successful personal referral using your unique code.
- Global Pool Income: A percentage of the total revenue (20%) is redistributed to active users who paid the one-time activation fee and continue contributing to the network.
- No Indirect Income: We are not an MLM. You earn only through your direct referrals and the shared pool.
- Company has the sole right to change the reward percentages or pool structure based on performance or compliance.
4. Refund & Returns
- All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once the T-shirt is dispatched.
- Refunds will not be provided for digital access, earnings performance, or change of mind.

5. Eligibility
To use the Future Pays platform:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must agree not to misuse the referral program for fake or duplicate accounts.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
6. User Conduct
Users are expected to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use ethical practices in referring others.
- Not misrepresent Future Pays as an investment or financial service provider.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and tools are the intellectual property of Future Pays. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
9. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee income. Earnings depend on personal effort and network growth.
- Future Pays is not an investment scheme, financial service, or MLM company.
- We sell a physical product (T-shirt), and referral benefits are optional rewards for users who choose to promote us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
